Default Adjusting Block Text Size

I come to find when doing rack elevations that different blocks have different text sizes. As an example a non rack mounted device when pulled onto the drawing has larger text than rack mounted devices. Don't know if this is the trigger that changes the text but it seems consistent. I can edit the text, but not the formatting.
See attached image for example

The type specific blocks are with bigger text size. If you want to format the Text size (decrease or increase) do it via Block Editor in AutoCAD.
