Default New Title Block

I'm creating custom title blocks in AutoCAD 2010. Do any AutoCAD users know how to completely change the format of them and still keep the file association between AutoCAD and d-tools? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

For the problem of the disappearance of your title block here is some step to end with the issue.

1) Delete your Title Block (or D-Tools Title Block) and the Vport from the Paper Space
2) Insert (again) your custom Title Block
3) Draw a new Vport and save you dwg
4) In your SI project create a new dwg file from the template that has your custom Title Block.

sdsteve: Do I perform step 1 with the four files from the template folder?

I want to move and turn the client name virtacly in the center of the title block, and still have it populated by d-tools.

Default RE: Last question.

Hi Victor,

I apologize for missing your call last week. Had to cut out, but I'm back at it now and am still confronted with the same question.

- From your (custom) templates make all changes via Block Editor (using "bedit" command).
- Draw line references from the (old) title block and ViewPort (corners).
- Delete the inserted (old) title block and the ViewPort from the paper space.
- Then Insert the (custom updated) title block and make a new ViewPort (using “mview” command).

cheers!
