What might also be cool would be the ability to store scope of work "snippets" for work commands. Being able to use these pre-crafted work explanations to add into your Task Description text boxes would make communicating commonly re-used work descriptions/ details to the installers much more efficient (and is much more likely to be included if it is easy and fast).
