While on the phone with Dax today (for a totally different issue altogether), he looked at my Visio setup to see if he could help. He told me that mine was setup right and should be working. He gave me a case number and forwarded me to Seth for further assistance. I am now awaiting Seth to help me fix the date issue. Seems like an awful small bug to require so much tech support.
