The international customer are not left out. I'm here in the U.S. and I had to wait until tech support finished troubleshooting the international issues. They have a service list of d-tools users and they go in the order that you contacted them. They just finished fixing my issues and now my 5.5 is running fine so far. We have to be patient. They will get to you. Go have a Beer!
