Hi paradigm,

I've found that this typically refers to the shared folders (on the D-Tools server machine) not being shared properly. They have to be given full read/write permission for all users. This is typically called 'full control'. If you add a user under permissions called 'Everyone' this seems to be the easiest way to go, rather than each individual user (unless you are using a more advanced user/ permission based system).

It's best if you share each individual folder on the server, meaning don't just share the root folder and tell it to apply permissions to folders and sub-folders. Go through the motions on each folder ('Products' and 'Projects')

They are automatically installed here unless you've directed them to be installed somewhere different:

C:\DTools\SI5\Server
