OK, so after using it a little more there is a way to copy all the inputs/outputs to another device when you have them all open in IO studio simultaneously. I also notice you can now drag a terminal up or down the list rather than using the up/down. Also handy is the ability to select multiple terminals and move them up or down all at once! The ability to paste in multiple inputs/outputs from the saved configurations and have them automatically incremented is also a real time saver.

I still think the add command should insert a terminal rather than add it to the bottom though, and saved templates would be nice. There are also a few things that could really use some polishing to make it even easier to use.

1) Is there a way to insert an input/output rather than adding one to the end? Right now if you want to add a signal you have to click add or go the the end of the list and start typing then click the up arrow until it's in the right spot. I think that instead the add button should insert a new row right above or below the currently selected row - if you wanted to add a signal at the bottom of the list you would already be at the bottom of the list anyway.

2) As others have suggested in addition to the saved configurations some sort of saved templates as well. Even if it's just to quickly save one complete product, open another product and paste the complete I/O configuration into it. Having a way to save multiple configurations as templates would be even nicer.
