We are in the process of updating our server hardware in the office.

I recently backed up the product database and the project database, uninstalled Lansync from the original server, installed it on the new server, then tried to restore the databases from the backups.

When doing that, the D-Tools software throws an exception and crashes. It reports that the backup is from a different database and fails.

How do I move the data over?
