If D-Tools is installed on your machine at home and you open it there then the local projects will be on your machine at home. Make sense?

It does, but when I VPN I am logging on to my account on the server. That account is pointing my local projects folder, which is 'my docs', which is yes, a server provided file, so that means that it will extract the project from the targeted server location, it is re-locating it to, actually, another folder on the server, d-tools just thinks its local because I am logged onto that account on the server. Confusing?
