The only issue that I have heard of is trying to use AutoCad 2009 or 2010. I use AutoCad 2008 and have no issues (in 08 they were only creating a 32bit version). In AutoCad 2009 and 2010 they have 32bit and 64bit versions and from what I have been told you are not able to install the 32bit version on a 64bit machine. That becomes a problem since D-Tools is not currently supporting the 64bit version of AutoCad.
So if you use AutoCad and use version 2008 or less you will have no issues. Then again if you don't use AutoCad - no issues.
