Hi,

Also can you check if you can access the \\PC name\DtoolsV5productshare via Windows Explorer? Sometimes this folder is not accessable or needs a password to access the folder and our LANSync code will not be able to read the folder.
Also check if the Everyone group has Full Access to this share.
Once you are able to read this folder via LANSync try and do a LANSync.
